Please submit your request for an appointment.  We will get back to you to confirm a date and time.  Appointments are one hour in length.  Due to the size of our Boutique we ask that you bring only 3-4 of your most trusted friends and family to your appointment.

Simplicity Boutique is by appointment only!  Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
